Why can´t I see the full invoice footer when I print?

This help article applies to all versions of epicraft Invoice

We are aware of two scenarios where you experience this issue. Either you can´t see the entire footer when previewing the invoice or it´s not printed correctly (a few lines missing at the end) on your printer.

Please select and apply the solution in this help article that match the issue you are experiencing.

Footer issue at preview

This issue relates to Windows 7 graphic handling. Microsoft has released a fix for the issue that is included in Windows 7 Service Pack 1.

To resolve this issue we recommend that you update your Windows 7 installation with Service Pack 1.

Footer issue at printing

This issue occurs as a result of an incompatibility between your print driver and Windows.

To resolve the issue please visit your print manufacturers webpage and download and install the latest version of your print drivers.

If this does not resolve the issue, you can manually ajust the print margins using the Set Print Margins feature in epicraft Invoice.

How to set print margins

  1. Select the menu option Tools->Program Settings.

  2. Click Set Print Margins.

  3. Use the positioning arrows to ajust print margins until they match your printer.

    The invoice preview in the ajustment window is not a 1:1 representation of your invoice.

  4. Click Save to apply the ajustments.

  5. Save the ajustments and print one of your invoices to verify that ajustments are sufficient.
